Patternmaking

As promised, here are some pictures of our latest new part to reach production.

Not the most glamorous of products, this is the gasket for the numberplate lamp on the Herald 13/60, part number 621264. The grey one is the handmade pattern, from which the others are moulded.

These are made in a durable polyurethane rubber, and are arguably more nicely made than the obsolete originals! They will be available from stock from Monday, January 25th.

Meanwhile, work continues on other projects. Here's an image of some work in progress. If you don't recognise what it is, you probably don't own a Herald Estate or Courier Van......
