It shouldn't look like that!

Interesting stuff this polyurethane rubber. Of course it's not really rubber at all, but a man-made polymer, but lets call it rubber just like everyone else does, to save any confusion.

Having got myself back up to working speed following the surgery on my hands, it's time to make some new products, and I thought these would be straightforward - wrong!

In case you don't recognise this, it's a height adjusting block for the Herald or Vitesse drivers seat. It shouldn't have that bubbly surface, but at least it's better than it's friends which you can see in the background....

I'm till hoping to get a handful of these done in time for the Stoneleigh Triumph show, there don't seem to be enough hours in the day though.
